This document sets out all rules and conditions that apply to opening an account, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and managing payments on the cricket baji platform. Please read it carefully before using the service.

1General Provisions
These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the cricket baji platform and its users. By registering on the platform or using any of its services, a member gives their consent to these terms. If you do not agree, you are requested to refrain from using the service.
cricket baji operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting on cricket, football, and more, as well as a wide range of casino games including slots, live casino, and fishing games.
In this document, "member", "user", or "you" refers to any registered individual. "Platform", "site", or "service" refers to all digital channels of cricket baji — both the website and mobile application.
The English version of these terms and conditions shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, cricket baji's interpretation shall be final.
2Account Registration
To open an account at cricket baji, a member must provide accurate and complete information. cricket baji reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or misleading information.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them may be closed.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and personal.
- Registration is completed through OTP verification. Payment functions may be restricted on unverified accounts.
- Withdrawals may be delayed until full identity verification (KYC) is completed.
2.2 Identity Verification
For withdrawals above a certain amount, or in any situation at cricket baji's discretion, a member may be asked to submit a copy of their National ID, passport, or driving licence. Transactions may be held if these documents are not provided.
3Age Limit and Eligibility
To open an account at cricket baji and participate in any betting or casino activity, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts of underage individuals will be cancelled immediately, and all transactions on such accounts will be considered void.

4Account Security
Members must keep their login credentials — username, password, and OTP — completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
4.1 Password Policy
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long and should include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Members are advised to change their password regularly.
- If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the support team must be contacted immediately.
4.2 Responsibility
The member is solely responsible for all activity carried out using their login credentials. cricket baji will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party access to an account, unless the security breach was directly due to a fault on the platform.
5Deposits and Withdrawals
cricket baji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or BRAC Bank may be used.
5.1 Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
- Deposits must be made only from the member's own account. Funds sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and may be returned.
- Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account immediately. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account that was used to make the deposit.
- The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- cricket baji reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
To withdraw funds received through a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus conditions are fulfilled, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
6Bonuses and Promotional Offers
cricket baji runs multiple bonus offers for members from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which the member must read carefully before claiming an offer.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing.
6.2 Other Promotional Offers
- Weekly Deposit Festival: 50% of deposit up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.
- Slot Special Reward: 30% of deposit up to ৳3,000, 25x wagering, once every Monday.
- Cricket Deposit Bonus: 40% of deposit up to ৳4,000, 20x wagering, once every weekend.
- Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,500, 15x wagering, once per year.
- Refer a Friend: up to ৳2,000, 10x wagering.
6.3 General Bonus Conditions
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless specifically permitted.
- A bonus may only be usable on specified games or sections.
- cricket baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited if necessary.
7Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all members when placing bets at cricket baji.
7.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please read the odds and terms carefully before placing a bet. If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a system error, cricket baji reserves the right to void that bet.
7.2 Result Settlement
- The results of cricket, football, or any other sport are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant governing body.
- If a match is incomplete or a result is not available within a specified time, cricket baji may void the bet.
- In live betting, if the connection is lost, the bet is retained in the state it was in at that time.
7.3 Maximum Bet Limits
The maximum bet amount may vary across different events and markets. cricket baji reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, and prior approval may be required for large bets.
8Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to keep cricket baji's services running fairly. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure.
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotional offers.
- Attempting to gain abnormal profit by exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Conducting transactions using fake or stolen financial information.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
- Attempting to influence game results with the intent to defraud other members.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
If any of these prohibitions are violated, cricket baji reserves the right to take legal action and notify the relevant authorities.
9Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closure Initiated by cricket baji
cricket baji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
9.2 Closure Initiated by the Member
Any member may request permanent closure of their account via 24/7 live chat or email. Before closing an account, all pending bets should be settled and any eligible balance should be withdrawn.
9.3 Self-Exclusion
In cases of gambling-related problems, a member may apply to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently. Detailed information on this can be found in the Responsible Gaming section.
10Limitation of Liability
cricket baji strives to operate its services reliably, but does not accept liability for the following:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues on the part of third parties.
- Service disruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government orders).
- Loss of data due to a problem with the member's own device or software.
- Financial loss resulting from betting decisions — winning and losing bets is a normal part of the experience and cricket baji accepts no liability for it.
In the event of any dispute, cricket baji's own records and server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
11Privacy & Data Protection
cricket baji is committed to protecting members' personal information. SSL encryption technology is used on the platform to keep all data secure. Full details of where and how data is used can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Member data is not sold to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with partners required to operate the service (payment processors, game providers). In cases of legal obligation, information may be provided to the relevant authorities.
12Changes to Terms
cricket baji reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance through their registered contact method (email or SMS).
